Rates, below, are per room per night, including breakfast.
The price does not include the tax established by the city of Salerno in the amount of 1 euro per day per person.
For stays longer than 5 nights without a break there is a maximum of 5 euro.

LOW SEASON
The period of Low Season includes the months of:
- January 25 to 31
- February, March, April, May
- November 1 to 17
HIGH SEASON
The period of High Season includes the months of:
- January 1 to 24
- June, July, August, September, October
- November 18 to 30
- December
Services included:
Daily room cleaning, linen change (for each new guest and at least twice a week), wi-fi in the room and in the B&B, heating, air conditioning, hair dryer, television.
All rooms have their own bathroom.
Extra services:
Because subject to limited availability, the following services, and extra fee, must be requested at time of booking: transfer from / to any destination, including the Naples Capodichino airport, laundry, bike rental.
Check in / out
Check in: from 1 pm to 8 pm (subject to any other agreed upon request)
Check out: before 11:30 am (subject to any other agreed upon request)
The time of arrival must be notified with 24 hours in advance.
Payments
To confirm a reservation you need to send an advance of 50%.
The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
The balance is due upon arrival (no checks and / or credit / debit cards).
Reservations not confirmed with the payment of the deposit will not be accepted.
Are there any discounts for longer stays.
The maximum period of stay is 30 days.
